We’re looking for a “needle-in-a-haystack” kind of person who can run multiple tasks seamlessly without dropping balls and make doing it look easy. Someone with a fun, positive temperament who can anticipate what needs to get done, is super responsive and knows how to prioritize, is tech-savvy, resilient, communicative, and can intuitively support a high-functioning creative couple and leadership team. Someone who can do high-quality work independently with little-to-no feedback and supervision.

Here’s a glimpse at what the role will look like working from the Topanga Canyon house/company headquarters in Los Angeles:
You will work closely with senior managerial or executive staff to provide administrative support, usually on a one-to-one basis
Support on a wide-range of day-to-day tasks, activities and projects
Book travel arrangements and create itineraries
Coordinate restaurant reservations and other social engagements
Book business and personal appointments
Manage our CEO's calendar and handle all incoming requests of her time, must have the uncanny ability to know what's truly important
Communicate to important team members, marketing partners, students and vendors on behalf of the CEO
Stock the house with all the necessary merchandise and supplies
Handle all shipping projects from start to finish, and on time. This includes printing, assembling and packing hundreds of boxes, labeling and tracking shipments with accuracy.
Hire and supervise service people at the house
Manage household tasks such as shopping, keeping the fridge stocked, daily food preparation and dishes, plus light cleaning as needed (we have a housekeeper every other week for bigger cleaning tasks)
Prepare the house for dinner parties and business events, support the event, and help clean-up after the event
Oversee the set-ups for all video shoots (flowers, lighting, props, wardrobe, food and even camera support)
Take behind-the-scenes photos and video of our founding couple for social media
Conduct research, run errands and in general, keep the house in order!
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Proficiency with computers (ideally Mac), software and mobile apps
A car, driver's license and insurance to get to and from the office and be able to run errands
Exceptional communication and follow-up skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
A highly organized, yet flexible approach
An eye for style, fashion, graphic design, photography and branding
A positive attitude and fun, daring sense of humor so work feels like play
Thick-skinned and driven to serve -- there's no time for ego, drama or reactivity
A supportive “no task too big or too small mentality”
Resourceful, but also has the confidence to ask for help when needed
Full accountability and trustworthy -- you own it all the way down the line
Ability to be the trusted gatekeeper, while also being diplomatic
Open to learning and growth and love constructive feedback so you can do your best work yet

This is a full-time position with benefits. We’re looking for someone who’s interested in sticking around to grow with us, not just someone looking for a “side gig” to keep them afloat as they pursue their real passion. There will be plenty of opportunities for advancement here!
While you will spend most of your day working from company headquarters (approx 6-7 hours per day, M-F), you will also spend some time most days working from home. Hours can be flexible, but some early morning, weekend and night work will be required during events, launches, travel and other "show time" moments. And, having a reliable up-to-date computer is a must!
